July 6th, １９７７：We started our business

with the 3 rolling machines dedicated for

micro diameter screws at home when still

bolts and screws over M4.0 were mainly

used in Japan.

 

In the 70s, the oil crisis in Japan led to

the development of fuel-efficient small cars, the Expo in Osaka led to the popularization of TVs. Many small products were born in many fields then, such as National (current Panasonic) VCRs, SONY's Walkman, Nintendo's Game Watch, and １G mobile phones.

We grew with the times by producing screws for SONY Walkman and cassette tapes.

In the 90s, as per the customer's request, we succeeded in commercializing the industry's first titanium micro diameter screws for mobile phones.

Due to this event, our capability got highly appreciated and we received a lot of great responses from many manufacturers in various fields and even screw manufacturers.

And then, we built a foundation of the current products and services that no other Japanese screw manufacturers offer such as handling high-strength screw materials and holding production licenses for both internationally patented screw threads and drives.

 

To meet the needs of the time, we now manufacture not only micro diameter screws but screws up to M5.0 with the skills and knowledge acquired by manufacturing micro diameter screws.
